The Feedzai Documentation Portal, including Digital Trust documentation, is available to current users of the Feedzai product suite.
To request access, please provide the email address of the colleague who needs access and the product set they should be able to view. Then, contact Feedzai Customer Care by submitting a request on this portal, using “Other“ as the Product and “User management“ as the Request Type.
Feedzai Customer Care team will create the account and the login credentials will be sent once access is granted. Access requests are handled internally by Feedzai, and you will receive a confirmation email when the account is ready.
