How to sign up for an account on Feedzai Support Portal

To log in to the Feedzai Support Portal and view all tickets you're included on or submitted, please sign up as follows:

  • On the Support Portal, select the "Sign In" option:

  • The "Sign In" form shown below will be displayed:

If you already access Feedzai products with your company's credentials (SSO), please use the "Continue with SSO" option. You will be asked for your company identifier, which is the company name contained in our product's URL (e.g., for acme-cm.feedzai.com, the company identifier is acme);

If you don't access Feedzai products through SSO, please go through the steps below:

  • If you have ever emailed support@feedzai.com, please use the "Forgot password?" link to finish creating your account;
  • If this is your first use of the portal, enter your full name and your corporate email address in the "Sign up" Form. You will receive a verification link in your email inbox;
  • Once the email is verified, you can go back to the Support Portal and select the "Sign in" option. Enter your email and password and you should be good to go!

Once logged in, you will be able to edit your profile (e.g., configure 2FA authentication, adjust your name or profile picture) and view tickets available to you. These options are available by clicking on the dropdown button next to your profile icon: 

 

How can setup 2FA for my account?

If you click on "Edit my profile", you'll see the following options:

As you can see on the bottom of that form, you have the option to configure a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method for your account. By clicking on "Manage 2FA", you'll see a prompt requesting your confirmation to proceed with the process.

There are two methods available for 2FA setup:

  • Authentication app, which let's you setup a 2FA using an application (e.g., Google Authentication, Authy) or hardware (e.g., Yubikey) of your choice. By choosing this method, you'll be show a QR code which you can read using the 2FA application or the secret code which you can use when this option is not available. You will need to provide the passcode generated by the application to finalize the setup;
  • Email, which is where you'll receive passcodes on. After indicating the email address, you'll receive a first passcode, which you must provide to confirm the setup.

In both options, you'll then be shown Recovery Codes which will help you should you ever lose access to your email or 2FA application.

How can I check my tickets?

As you saw above, clicking on the dropdown next to your profile shows a menu with the option "My Activities". This is where you access check any tickets you've submitted or been CC'ed on. Your access may vary in accordance with the access levels configured for your organization, which may include access to all the tickets opened by all users within your organization.
